These terms govern your use of the NM Jewels website and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

NM Jewels sells artificial fashion jewellery — gold-plated or rhodium/silver-tone plated pieces set with cubic zirconia or premium crystal. We do not sell fine jewellery, solid precious metals, or mined gemstones, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim otherwise. Material details for each piece are described honestly on the Craftsmanship page.

Colours, finishes, and stone placement may vary slightly from photos, since pieces are hand-finished in small batches.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — see the Shipping & Returns page for how orders are placed.

Placing an order through checkout sends your order details to us via WhatsApp — it does not immediately confirm the sale. We'll confirm availability, final cost, and delivery details with you directly before the order is finalized. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if a piece is out of stock or a pricing error occurred).

Pieces ordered through Design Your Own Ring or otherwise made to your specification are produced only after the design and price are agreed with you directly. Because these are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for exchange. Resizing and lifetime repair coverage apply to custom orders as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

The NM Jewels name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to NM Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

We take care in how pieces are made and packaged, but jewellery is delicate — normal wear, exposure to water, perfume, or harsh chemicals can affect plating over time. We're not liable for damage caused by misuse or normal wear outside of the repair coverage described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

We may update these terms from time to time as the shop grows. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
