Every order is packed by hand and shipped in protective, tamper-evident packaging via insured courier.

Custom and bespoke orders ship separately once the piece is finished — the atelier will confirm a timeline with you directly after your design is agreed.

Ready-to-wear pieces from the shop can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided:

• The original tag is still attached
• The piece is unworn and shows no signs of use
• The original packaging is undamaged and included

To start an exchange, message the atelier on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order details. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning the piece.

Resizing is available for custom orders only — those pieces are sized to fit before they're made. Ready-to-wear pieces from the shop cannot be resized after purchase, so please check the ring size guide before ordering.

Custom-made pieces also carry a lifetime repair allowance covering re-tightening prongs, re-plating, and clasp repair — you're only responsible for return shipping to the atelier.
