We collect information you choose to give us directly — through the checkout form, the Design Your Own Ring form, the contact form, or the newsletter signup. Depending on which form, this may include your name, phone number, email, delivery address, ring size, and any notes, reference photos, or gift messages you include.

We don't collect payment card details ourselves — Cash on Delivery and Card Payment orders are confirmed directly with you, not processed through this website.

This matters more than the usual boilerplate, so here it is plainly: this site has no backend server or database. When you submit checkout, a custom order, or the contact form, that information is packaged into a pre-filled message and opened in WhatsApp, addressed to NM Jewels — it isn't stored on our servers, because we don't have any. From that point on, your information exists as a WhatsApp conversation with us, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy for the messaging itself.

Your cart, wishlist, and newsletter discount code are stored locally in your own browser (using what's called localStorage) — not on any server, and not visible to us at all unless you complete an order and it's included in the message you send.

We use the information you send us to fulfil and deliver your order, respond to questions, coordinate custom pieces, and process exchanges or repairs under our Shipping & Returns policy. If you sign up for the newsletter, we'll use your email to send occasional updates — you can ask to be removed at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or ad-tracking scripts. The only browser storage in use is localStorage for your cart and wishlist, described above — this stays on your device and isn't transmitted anywhere on its own.

You can ask us what information we hold about you (in practice, this means whatever you've sent us via WhatsApp or the contact form), ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time by reaching out through the contact page.

You can also clear your cart and wishlist at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website — this doesn't require contacting us, since that information never left your device.

NM Jewels is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If how we handle information changes — for example, if we add a real backend, analytics, or a payment processor in future — we'll update this page to reflect it.
