Resizing is available for custom orders only — we size those to fit before they're made. Ready-to-wear pieces from the shop aren't resizable after purchase, so please check our sizing guide before ordering.
Re-tightening prongs, re-plating, and clasp repair are covered for the life of a custom-made piece — you only pay return shipping.
Yes — ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the tag is still attached and the original packaging is undamaged.
Yes, we ship internationally via insured courier. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
