Behind the bench
Every NM piece passes through one bench — cast, filed, set, and polished by hand before it's approved for sale. Nothing leaves the atelier that we wouldn't hand down ourselves.
That slower process means smaller runs. It also means every clasp, prong, and hinge is built to be repaired rather than replaced.
